VolRC RAS (formerly ISERT RAS) has regularly conducted public opinion polls in the Vologda Region six times a year since 1996. A unique database of population estimates has been collected over 20 years of regular measurements.

Since 2013, VolRC RAS has been publishing the results of public opinion monitoring in the form of a series of information and analytical bulletins “The effectiveness of state management in the estimates of population (on the research materials from ISERT RAS)”, since 2017 — “The effectiveness of state management in the estimates of population”

Publication frequency is once every two months (six times a year).

The printed version of the bulletin is registered with the National Agency ISSN (number 2500-2406). (No. 2500-2406).

The information and analytical bulletin examines the results of public opinion monitoring of the Vologda Region population on the following issues:

• Assessment of the political situation in Russia and the region.
• Assessment of the activities of public structures and government institutions.
• Assessment of the economic situation of Russia and the region.
• Self-assessment of the financial situation of the population.
• Social well-being of the population and the level of protest actions.
• Current problems in Russia, region and family.
• Development rate of civil society in the Vologda Region.
• Attitude of the population toward the activities of law enforcement agencies.
• Attitude of the population toward mass media activities.
